RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes it’s just not a good fit.
Customers may exchange products they wish to return as long as the item has no signs of wear, use or damage. You may exchange for a different item, size, or for store credit. Items are eligible for normal exchange as long as they meet the criteria below:
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, stained, washed, or damaged
- Merchandise must accompany the original reusable bag with the tag attached
- Return requested within 3 days of receiving merchandise
*NOTE:
- Customer pays shipping charges for Exchange
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- CVRGE, LLC. monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, access fees, and/or close accounts based on order/return behavior.
You must submit your exchange request within 3 days of receiving merchandise. All products must be received by our Returns Dept. within 10 days from the day your order was delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If we provide a return shipping label, we will deduct the cost of the label from the refund. Once we receive your return, your funds will appear in your account after the item(s) is processed. Processing may take up to 10 business days to be completed.
YOU MUST COMPLETE A RETURN REQUEST BEFORE SENDING MERCHANDISE BACK – ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURN # LABELED ON THE OUTSIDE WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK TO YOU AND YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
