Where is my order?
You can’t wait to get your CVRGE on! PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ENTIRE ORDER TO SHIP OUT.
Where do you ship?
We offer shipping within the continental United States and Canada (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories).
How do I exchange an item?
We understand that sometimes it’s just not a good fit.
We accept exchanges only. Customers may exchange products they wish to return as long as the item has no signs of wear, use or damage. You may exchange for a different item, size, or for store credit. Items are eligible for normal exchange as long as they meet the criteria below:
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, stained, washed, or damaged
- Merchandise must accompany the original reusable bag with the tag attached
- Exchanged Merchandise must be received to the CVRGE boutique withing 2 weeks of when you receive the order.
*NOTE:
- Customer pays shipping charges for Exchange
- When an item is exchanged, we offer free shipping for orders of $150 or more.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- CVRGE, LLC. monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, access fees, and/or close accounts based on order/return behavior.
You must send your exchange within 2 weeks of receiving the merchandise. Send merchandise to CVRGE:

All products must be received by our Returns Dept. within 2 weeks from the day your order was delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We do not provide a shipping return label. Processing may take up to 10 business days to be completed.
ALL EXCHANGES MUST ACCOMPANY THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!
Why won't my discount code work?
Please check if the code is valid for the dates you are using the code. If you have any difficulty you can email orders@cvrgeny.com.
Do you have any promotional codes?
We often do!! Check the home page of our website for any upcoming promotions. Only one promo code can be used at a time.
How do I care for my suit?
Hand wash your CVRGE swimsuit immediately following use, in cold water with gentle soap (like Joy dish soap). You can also put it in the delicate cycle with mild detergent. Line dry. Do NOT put your suit in the dryer.
Where is CVRGE made?
CVRGE swimwear is curated with love and creativity and produced in limited editions in the heart of NYC. It’s meticulously crafted with the highest quality fabrics, offering luxury and comfort for any destination or experience. We are committed to that!
How often do you restock styles?
We typically make our suits in a single run and sell them until they are gone but there is always a chance we could bring them back! If something you love is out of stock sign up for our wait list – we’ll let you know if that item makes a comeback!
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Thursday usually ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 8 AM EST on Friday through Sunday will ship out the following Monday morning. However, during sales and promotions, it may take our shipping department an extra 1 to 3 days to process orders. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
How do I know which size to order?
Our size and CVRGE guides are shown on each product page to help you! If you’re still having trouble, please contact us at orders@cvrge.com.
Does CVRGE have a built in bra or underwear?
Because we women come in so many shapes and sizes, we want you to feel comfortable ALL DAY LONG in your CVRGE! We leave the choice up to you to wear your most comfortable bathing suit underneath. A properly fitting bikini is a good choice because it will feel like underwear but dry quickly.
Will my item look exactly like the pictures online?
CVRGE is photographed in the most natural lighting possible in order to represent our collection accurately. However, due to differences in computer monitors and perception of color, they may vary slightly from what you see on the site.
