SHIPPING POLICY

 

At CVRGE, we want your pieces in your hands as quickly as possible. All orders ship via UPS unless otherwise noted at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the items you’ve selected.  We strive to get your order out the day it's placed.  

We currently ship within the continental United States and Canada (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories). INTERNATIONAL deliveries are available! Just message us at orders@cvrgeny.com and we can set that up for you.  

✨ Please allow 4–8 business days for your full order to ship depending on your location.  If you're traveling to Florida, let us know & we can get your order sent directly to your destination.  You can also select In-store pickup at one of our Vault Society retail locations.

RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to love your CVRGE pieces—not just when you open the package, but when you’re wearing them on vacation, celebrating life’s milestones, and creating memories you’ll look back on for years to come.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Full-price merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:
* Unworn and unwashed
* Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or signs of wear
* Returned with original tags and in the original CVRGE pouch

Because every returned piece is carefully inspected and processed before being returned to inventory, refunds are issued less a 15% return processing fee.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style?

Exchanges are always encouraged and do not incur a return processing fee. We’ll also cover shipping on your replacement item.

Final Sale

Sale merchandise, promotional items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and worn merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
